Business Development Manager - Global Company

Overview

Our client, a leading international company in the trading and investment sector, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join the Wellness & Healthcare division with European-level responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in the following sectors: Healthcare (pharma, supplements, healthcare providers, medical data); Hospitality (food catering, education services).
• Research, analyze, and evaluate potential investment opportunities across Europe.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor analysis, and studies on major industry trends.
• Collaborate with corporate offices, subsidiaries, and affiliates across multiple regions.
• Support trading and business creation activities by leveraging the company\'s global network.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities and achieve business objectives.
• Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initial concept through to execution as Real World Data and Sustainability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including finance, marketing, operations, and legal, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Excellent command of the English language.
• Availability for frequent international business travel.
• Flexibility to relocate or move within Europe (initial base: Milan).
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new industries.
• Knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Healthcare / Medical; Pharmaceutical; Nutraceutical / Supplements; Hospitality (food catering, education).
• Solid understanding of key commercial and financial concepts.
• Proactive, analytical, and globally minded attitude.
