Experteer Overview

In this role, you drive Hitachi Energy’s data center market strategy for Europe, shaping solution roadmaps, value propositions, and partnerships. You will lead European data center accounts, align with country sales and global teams, and champion growth and market leadership through external engagement and thought leadership. You’ll influence policy, build senior-level customer relationships, and embed Hitachi Energy offerings across markets and business units. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role with external visibility and strategic impact.

• Develop and execute a Europe-wide strategic plan across business units to drive new solutions, revenue, and profitability
• Co‑develop portfolios, value propositions, and R&D roadmaps with stakeholders and communicate them effectively
• Collaborate with country sales leaders, product portfolio teams, and the global market innovation network to meet sales targets
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with customers, policymakers, and industry stakeholders
• Lead Hitachi Energy presence in industry events and thought leadership activities in the region
• Influence regulatory and policy environments as a recognized Data Center expert via associations and networks
• Drive adoption and integration of offerings into customer solutions and advocate for Hitachi Energy in external channels
• Contribute to market validation, outlooks, and budget setting; capture and share value from innovations and collaborations
• Benchmark the competitive landscape and explore partnerships with OEMs, channels, and service providers
• Develop synergies with other Hitachi operating companies to deliver integrated solutions to customers

Responsabilità

• 10+ years in the Data Center segment with senior‑level customer engagement
• Strong understanding of Data Center market in Europe and broad professional network
• Solid commercial acumen and communication skills
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams to pursue new opportunities
• Disciplined process for updates and stakeholder education
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related disciplines; Master’s preferred
• Expected travel up to 50%, including international travel
