We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager in Italy to develop new buyers, importers, and roasters for Indian green coffee beans . The role focuses on market expansion, relationship building, and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new coffee buyers, importers, and roasters in Italy
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships
- Handle negotiations and commercial discussions
- Coordinate with the export team for smooth execution of orders
- Grow consistent monthly and yearly business volume
Compensation Structure
- Commission-based only
- 1% commission on total business value
- Commission will be paid after full payment is received from the buyer
Candidate Profile
- Experience in coffee trade, commodities, or FMCG export sales preferred
- Strong network in the Italian coffee market is an advantage
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and close deals
