Job Overview

We are looking for a business development manager with entrepreneurial spirit and strong results orientation, responsible for building and leading the company's business in the EU region from scratch. This is a unique high-impact position suitable for sales leaders who crave challenges and autonomy. You will be responsible for developing market entry strategies, establishing key partnerships, building high-performance sales teams, and driving significant revenue growth. Your success will be directly rewarded through an unlimited commission structure.


Main responsibilities

  • Partnership Development : Proactively identify, approach, and build strong relationships by Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, trading communities, and KOLs. Maintain high outreach velocity and continuously expand a quality partner network.
  • Business Growth & KPI Achievement : Drive regional performance by enhancing key metrics such as First-Time Deposits (FTD) and Net Deposits (ND). Treat ND as a core revenue-linked indicator and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Full BD Process Ownership : Independently manage the entire BD lifecycle - prospecting, qualification, negotiation, follow-ups, closing, and post-deal maintenance. Ensure fast execution and a healthy pipeline.
  • Client & Partner Relationship Management : Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners. Increase engagement, retention, and contribution through proactive and high-frequency communication.
  • Market Research & Competitive Insights : Monitor regulatory updates, competitor strategies, user behaviour, and market dynamics in the local region. Provide actionable insights and identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Localized Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with marketing teams to support localized content, community engagement, and event initiatives. Ensure smooth and effective execution across Italian-speaking markets.re all sales and partnership activities comply with local regulations and company policies.


Job requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, capable of independently acquiring and converting clients.
  • Strong execution, self-discipline, and ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain long-term relationships and manage high-frequency partner interactions.
  • Good command of English and Italian for business communication (Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus).
  • High resilience and emotional stability under pressure and rejection.
  • Established IB, affiliate, KOL, or trading community resources that can contribute immediately.
  • Experience in CFD, FX, Crypto, or Online Trading industries, or personal experience using trading platforms.
  • Strong hunter mindset: bonus-driven, results-oriented, and committed to ND growth.
