Qualification
- BS/MS degree mechanical or electric/electronic engineering (or a related field)
- Strong technical background with proven records of successful experiences (at least 3 years) and projects in automotive industries
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels in international environments
- Ability to quickly react to customer requests and to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language required, German is a plus)
- Sales experience and/or MBA is a plus
Tasks
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base, ensure its strong presence and company profitability.
- Report to Sales Director status and forecast of opportunities, contract award and ongoing proposals.
- Identify market evolutions while being fully aware of new products/service and competition status.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
