We are an outsourcing company that has clients in Europe, USA and Asia. We are seeking a Business Development to work remotely for one of our valued clients. Our client is a social media video content platform for creating and sharing short lip-sync, comedy, and talent videos and with offices in most EMEA and AMS countries.
About the Role:
We are seeking results-driven and proactive Business Development to join our client's team on a fixed-term contract . In this fully remote role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify high-potential opportunities and help grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and engage prospective sellers
- Lead outreach efforts through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to initiate effective conversations
- Conduct discovery calls to understand partner/seller needs and communicate our value proposition effectively
- Support end-to-end onboarding, registration, and activation of new sellers
- Assess seller/partner fit and potential to grow GMV on our platform
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continued support for signed partners
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs related to seller acquisition and GMV performance
Requirements:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (English and Italian)
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Availability for 6 months, with potential for extension based on performance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in seller acquisition within a digital platform or marketplace
- Background in E-Commerce
