**HSE Administrator Role Overview**
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated HSE Administrator to join our International Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Italian health and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, good communication and teamwork abilities, proficiency in Google Suite, and fluency in both Italian and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HSE team in daily tasks related to safety and environmental compliance.
- Help organise and update safety documentation, including training records, checklists, and reports.
- Assist with monitoring and managing safety equipment (inventory, checks, and maintenance schedules).
- Coordinate safety trainings and accurately track employee certifications.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries following audits or inspections.
- Participate in safety walks and inspections to support the identification of potential risks.
- Collaborate with local teams to actively promote a safety culture and awareness among employees.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Fluency in Italian and English;
- Proficiency in Google Suite; and
- Basic knowledge of Italian HSE regulations.
