Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help scale our global business. The role reports to the Business Development Team Lead and works closely with the Commercial team and potential partners to bring in new business.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Outreach to key decision‑makers via phone, email and social touches, securing meetings to present our solutions.
  • Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Perform cost‑benefit and needs analysis with partners to align solutions to their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
  • Provide feedback on industry market trends.
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document outcomes in the CRM.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of solid B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces or payment platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong hunter and relationship‑building skills.
  • Organised, capable of multitasking, prioritising and managing time effectively.
  • Natural curiosity and a desire to continually grow and develop.
  • Tri‑lingual: native level Mandarin, fluent Italian and English.

Additional Bonus

  • Fluency in English, Italian and native level Mandarin.
  • Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
