Business Development & Distribution Manager - Juventus, Inter Milan & Licensed Football Merchandise.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development / Distribution Manager based in Italy to help lead the launch and market development of a new licensed eyewear product for fans of Juventus FC and Inter Milan.

• Develop distribution channels across Italy.
• Build relationships with football merchandise retailers, fan stores, sports retailers, e-commerce partners, and independent optical stores.
• Establish connections with official supporters’ clubs and fan communities.
• Identify strategic partners and new sales opportunities.
• Execute local marketing and fan engagement initiatives.
• Provide regular market feedback and business development reports.

• Proven experience in sports merchandising, football retail, licensing, or fan merchandise distribution.
• Existing network within Italian football retail channels.
• Strong relationships with retailers, distributors, supporters’ clubs, or sports organizations.
• Fluent Italian and professional English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a market from the ground up.
