What You’ll Do

• Drive outbound sales in the Finance, Insurance, and Banking sectors.
• Build long-term partnerships with niche clients - not just close quick deals.
• Be the voice of our expansion - and a key part of our culture.

This Is You

• Background in financial services or insurance (e.g. Insurance Sales Agent , Sales Representative , Account Executive , Outbound Sales Agent ).
• Resilient, coachable, and hungry to learn.
• Strong communicator with a bias for action.
• EU passport holder and willing to relocate to Malta.

Compensation & Perks

• Year 1: €39k+ | Year 2: €55k+ (Base + Commission)
• Uncapped Commission – you control your results.
