Business Development Associate/ Senior AssociateSalary | CompetitiveLocation | RomeMM16352Finatal is partnering with a leading global private markets specialist looking to add to their Business Development team in Rome to assist coverage of Italian, Spanish and French speaking clients across Private Equity, Infrastructure or Private Debt.Responsibilities:Work with the Business Development team to design and implement investment solutions for private debt investmentsManage pitchbook proposals for institutional clientsAssist and review ad hoc client solutions projectsProvide input on developing and enhancing the new and existing presentation content for marketing materialsLead selected implementation projectsAssist market research and performance analysisCritical assessment of content provided by cross-functional team members for pitches and proposalsCreate and write original content for new business activityAssist with various other projects for the private debt teamExperience:Master's degree in finance, business or marketing preferred2 to 5 years of related financial services experience required (private markets, investment banking, consultancy or investment management)Self-motivated with demonstrated history of taking initiative and adaptive in fast changing environmentsStrong multitasking ability and time managementStrong cross-functional analytical skills with an ability to formulate complex issuesStrong verbal and written communicationProven office 365 working experienceAttention to detail essentialClient orientatedNative proficiency in Italian and English necessary, Spanish and French at professional proficiency valuable
