Overview
Tyvak International is seeking talented new team members to support the development of advanced space vehicles. Tyvak specializes in the development and integration of key components and technologies into highly integrated, high-performance SmallSatellite platforms. The team’s expertise spans system architecture, design, manufacturing, and testing of mechanical, electrical, and software subsystems for small spacecraft.
We are looking for a Business Development Analyst to support the BD team in managing commercial activities, internal tools, and market intelligence.
The candidate will play a key role in strengthening the internal structure, visibility and coordination of BD activities, contributing to a more scalable and effective growth of the function within a lean and senior organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management and continuous improvement of the BD pipeline and CRM
- Maintain and update customer and competitor mapping
- Contribute to market intelligence and internal reporting activities
- Support opportunity tracking and early-stage bid preparation
- Assist in the coordination of ongoing BD activities across the team
- Ensure consistency and discipline in the use of commercial tools and databases
- Support meeting and event follow-up activities
- Contribute to improve internal processes and operational efficiency within the BD function
Minimum requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience
- BS or MS in an engineering discipline, ideally with a focus on Space Engineering or related fields.
- Strong interest in business development and commercial activities
- Knowledge of the space sector is considered a strong plus
- Curiosity about market dynamics and industry trends
- Ability to work proactively and manage multiple parallel tasks in a structured way
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Hands-on, proactive mindset with ownership and accountability
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data management
- Previous experience (internship or junior role) in business development, consulting, or the space sector
Benefits
Salary and benefits are EU market competitive and include Welfare, Benefits, Private Insurance, Flexible working Hours.
The gross annual salary (RAL) will be commensurate with the candidate's level of seniority, expertise, and overall contribution to the role, ensuring a fair and competitive package.
