Feel provides instant healthcare support with Personal Doctors and Pediatricians available via an app 7 days a week, booking of medical appointments across 4,800 medical centers, and personalized wellbeing journeys with nutritionists, psychologists, and other Specialists online.
To support our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Business Development Specialist who will contribute to expanding our commercial pipeline and generating new business opportunities across the Italian market.

As a BDS, you will work closely with the Head of Sales and play a key role in identifying potential clients, engaging prospects, and supporting the commercial and marketing team in building strong business relationships.


AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST YOU WILL:

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach).
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
Support the commercial team in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify potential opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM data and track outreach activities and performance metrics through business intelligence and data analytics.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies and campaigns.
Contribute to creating a positive and high-performing commercial culture.


Experience or strong interest in sales, business development, customer success, or similar commercial roles.
Familiarity with CRM like Hubspot or Pipedrive and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
Fluent Italian and English.
