We are searching on behalf of a pioneering company in advanced radiotherapy and oncology technologies, a Business Developer with strong international experience to support global expansion.

To strengthen its international commercial strategy, we are looking for a professional with solid expertise in medical technologies for oncology and a proven track record in global markets .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies across Europe and international markets.
- Identify, engage, and manage distributors and agencies worldwide.
- Optimize existing commercial agreements and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Support the update of marketing materials and digital communication tools.
- Build and coordinate a commercial team.
- Collaborate with the scientific committee to align commercial and research goals.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and performance updates.
- Manage negotiations and contracts with global partners.
- Contribute to budget planning and industrial plans.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in selling electromedical devices
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a technical medical degree (Biomedical Engineering preferred).
- Excellent command of English.
- Experience in sales budgets, forecasts, and strategic planning.
Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree in Marketing or similar fields.
- Prior experience with linear accelerators.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations.
