We are searching on behalf of a pioneering company in advanced radiotherapy and oncology technologies, a Business Developer with strong international experience to support global expansion.

The company is driven by a clear mission: discovering, developing, and producing cutting‑edge technologies to support the fight against cancer .

To strengthen its international commercial strategy, we are looking for a professional with solid expertise in medical technologies for oncology and a proven track record in global markets .

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies across Europe and international markets.
  • Identify, engage, and manage distributors and agencies worldwide.
  • Optimize existing commercial agreements and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Support the update of marketing materials and digital communication tools.
  • Build and coordinate a commercial team.
  • Collaborate with the scientific committee to align commercial and research goals.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and performance updates.
  • Manage negotiations and contracts with global partners.
  • Contribute to budget planning and industrial plans.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in selling electromedical devices
  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a technical medical degree (Biomedical Engineering preferred).
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Experience in sales budgets, forecasts, and strategic planning.

Preferred Skills

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or similar fields.
  • Prior experience with linear accelerators.
  • Knowledge of procurement regulations.

  • Ability to work independently and in teams.

  • Availability for international travel.
