We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Business Developer to accelerate our growth in international markets, with a particular focus on Eastern Europe . This role combines strategic business development, sales leadership, and the support of new market initiatives and start-ups.
Your Mission
As a Business Developer, you will identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, promoting CRIF’s portfolio of products and solutions and contributing directly to the company’s growth strategy across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across assigned international markets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, including:
- Prospecting and client acquisition
- Opportunity qualification
- Solution presentations and demonstrations
- Proposal development
- Contract negotiations
- Deal closure
- Generate new revenue streams by promoting CRIF's products and services to new and existing clients.
- Expand and strengthen existing client relationships by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and business growth targets.
Market & Client Management
- Develop and execute market development plans for countries under your responsibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to management.
- Represent CRIF at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Project & Tender Management
- Lead tender submissions and complex commercial proposals, coordinating internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Presales, and Delivery teams to ensure solutions fully address client requirements.
- Oversee the successful delivery of commercial projects, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and timely execution.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Work cross-functionally with colleagues across CRIF's global organization to maximize business opportunities.
- Share expertise, best practices, and market insights with team members to support collective growth and success.
- Contribute to the development of sales materials, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and internal training activities.
Travel
- Availability for frequent international travel across the assigned markets.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management .
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong passion for sales, relationship building, and customer success.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Proactive team player with a collaborative approach.
- Fluent English and French are mandatory.
Nice to Have
- Experience in international markets, particularly Eastern Europe.
- Experience selling technology, information services, financial services, software, analytics, or data-driven solutions.
- Experience working in multicultural and matrix organizations.

Compensation & Benefits
- Permanent employment contract
- Starting annual gross salary from €33,000
- Classification level to be determined during the selection process based on the candidate's experience and qualifications, in accordance with the applicable CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi
