We're looking for an Business Developer and new service Account to join our Fantastic Italy team, in Milan.

He/she will focus on generating new business opportunities and creating a qualified sales pipeline by identifying and prospecting new leads, often through cold calling, social media, and email outreach.

He/she will have a key function in a company's growth, bridging the gap between marketing and sales to ensure a steady flow of potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identifying and prospecting new potential clients for the company.
  • Outreach: Engaging with prospects through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Lead Qualification: Determining the quality and potential of leads to ensure they are a good fit for the company's offerings.
  • Pipeline Building: Creating a pipeline of new sales opportunities and passing qualified leads to the Account Executive team for closing.
  • Brand Awareness: Strategically building brand awareness and stimulating interest in the company's products or services.
  • Data Collection: Gathering information on potential clients, competitors, and their buying journey to personalize engagement.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong Knowledge of marketing trends and services with proven experiences in automotive and mobility field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with prospects.
  • The ability to conduct market research to identify and understand potential clients' needs.
  • Understanding the early stages of the sales process and how marketing efforts generate leads.
  • Interpersonal Skills, building rapport and relationships with potential customers.
  • Technical Proficiency, Utilizing sales and marketing tools, such as CRM and social media platforms.
  • High proficiency in English
