Responsibilities

  • Your Impact:
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for assigned divisions, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Gather and Prioritize Business Requirements: Collect and prioritize business needs, translating them into effective BI solutions.
  • Design and Deploy BI Solutions: Develop and implement robust BI solutions tailored to the needs of assigned divisions.
  • Ensure Alignment: Ensure alignment between business processes and reporting structures to support strategic objectives.
  • Drive User Adoption: Promote user adoption, provide training, and enable self-service BI capabilities.
  • Provide Ongoing Support: Offer continuous support and make enhancement recommendations to improve BI solutions

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering (Master\'s degree preferred).
  • Proven Experience: Maximum 1-2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or business process management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in English.
  • BI Tools Expertise: Hands-on experience with self-service BI tools and reporting frameworks, particularly Power BI and DAX.
  • Business Acumen & Project Management: Strong understanding of business KPIs and processes, with the ability to manage multiple BI initiatives and stakeholders effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in the Office 365 suite (mainly MS Excel and Power Query), with familiarity in SAP and other company IT tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and a creative mindset.
