Business Customer Operations Manager per Vimodrone.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the assigned budget, ensuring the achievement of defined economic objectives
• Interfaces with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes and deliver solutions increasingly focused on customer satisfaction
• Carries out coaching activities for team members
• Ensures the correct implementation and continuous improvement of Customer Care processes
• Defines new customer caring activities in collaboration with the relevant departments to meet emerging needs

Qualifications

• Proven and solid experience in a similar role, preferably within the Automotive sector, or previous experience in managing operational teams
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead, manage and motivate teams towards the achievement of given results
• Excellent coordination, organizational and planning skills
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and capability to understand customer needs
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
