Business controlling analyst

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented professional to join our Automotive Finance team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of transforming how we report and analyze our revenues and margins, with a strong focus on both financial and non-financial KPIs. You’ll play a key part in supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, while also helping us strengthen cost analysis and control. Your insights will be crucial in driving faster, more accurate decision-making across the business.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Preparation of monthly report related to operational and financial KPI.
• Collaborate with the business to build up forecasts and budget plans in line with the strategic objectives.
• Drive productivity and efficiency improvement in Revenues & Cos.
• Drive optimization in financial processes across the countries.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• financial & accounting knowledge.
• Planning, controlling and financial analysis experience.
• Business Partnering experience.
• Ability to work with Senior Management teams and proven aptitude to influence positive change.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Power Point.

Nice to have: +2y experience in an international environment (Auditing/Consulting company)

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

• University degree.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Experience of SAP.
• Proven finance business partner acting as a point of reference to the business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
