Business Consultant

Overview

In this highly dynamic and professional environment, HSPI is looking for a Middle Business Consultant to join its Healthcare division and work with a dynamic team on strategic projects involving the digitization and technological evolution of healthcare institutions. The activities will focus on the digital transformation of public administrations and regional healthcare institutions in Lombardy and other regions of northern and central Italy. The role is strongly consulting-oriented and offers concrete opportunities for professional growth, thanks to involvement in innovative and impactful initiatives in the healthcare sector.

Main responsibilities

• Participate in technological change and ICT governance projects aimed at the digital transformation of processes and the introduction of innovative platforms and IT applications in the healthcare sector (e.g., electronic medical records, operating rooms, etc.).
• Support the internal reorganization of healthcare institutions, accompanying them in their digital evolution through change management activities, promoting the adoption of new organizational models and processes.
• Manage and coordinate complex projects, applying project management methodologies to ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the definition of optimized processes and procedures, promoting the adoption of digital and innovative solutions.
• Monitor the progress of activities and prepare reports for the client and the project team.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of the English language (B1).
• Previous experience in the role of at least 2 years.

Education

Degree in technical, scientific, engineering, or economics disciplines.
