We are looking for a Business Change Management Lead to work at Starion Group’s premises in Frascati, Italy.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of aligning people, processes, and technologies, ensuring that change initiatives are not only successfully delivered but fully embraced across the organization.

About the client and location

STARION Group’s offices in Italy are based in the city of Frascati, located a short 30 minutes outside of Rome. Home to many of our expert employees, our Italian team focuses on services for the European Space Agency (ESA) at their Centre for Earth Observation (ESRIN), amongst other projects. Here we also harness capabilities for cybersecurity and artificial intelligence (AI) on both space and non-space projects.

This position is open to protected categories under Italian Law 68/99 (“Rules for the right to work of disabled people”).

Tasks and activities

The scope of work will include:

• Integrating change management standards, guidelines and templates with project management.
• Preparing change management assessment and strategy.
• Composing a stakeholder and communication plan.
• Reviewing communication and stakeholder engagement material.
• Reviewing training architecture/learning development and delivery plans.
• Monitoring communication activities and of training delivery execution.

Skills and experience

The following skills and experience are mandatory:

• Master’s Degree, or equivalent, in a relevant technical field.
• Proven experience in Change Management, preferably in a large-scale context.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of technical and industry trends.
• Problem management and decision-making abilities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team, in an international multicultural environment.
• Solution oriented mindset, with a customer focused communication skill.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Italian is an asset.
