What if you could help build Europe’s first Super App from the inside?

Rebell is building something Europe has never had before: a SuperApp.

A single place where people can shop, pay, book, connect, and manage their daily lives, without switching between dozens of apps.

Inspired by Asian SuperApps like Alipay and WeChat, Rebell is designed for Europe and is already funded and staffed with leaders from Alipay, Twint, Scalapay, Qonto and Glovo, preparing for a launch planned for late 2026.

We are hiring a Business Associate , a hands-on, high-exposure role working closely with the founders and leadership team to help structure, execute, and present Rebell’s go-to-market efforts. A key part of this role is creating the materials used to pitch Rebell to merchants and partners, while turning complex topics into clear decisions, supporting leadership and boards, and owning the quality, structure, and visual clarity of all key presentations, templates, and written materials across the company.

Similar to a Founders’ Office or internal consulting role , you will work closely with the leadership team to structure discussions, craft clear narratives, and translate ideas into materials credible in a boardroom or with a Tier-1 merchant partner. This role is for someone with strong taste, who believes that good thinking and good design are inseparable.

What you’ll do

1. Business & leadership support

  • Bring clarity to complex discussions by turning them into clear decisions, priorities, and concrete next steps.
  • Support leadership and board meetings end-to-end: agenda structuring, materials preparation, and post-meeting summaries.

2. Operations & internal enablement

  • Prepare and structure partner and leadership discussions and materials (board materials, recurring updates, decision notes) to improve clarity and execution speed.
  • Act as a point of reference for decision follow-through , ensuring key actions progress without micromanagement.
  • Improve internal documentation and written communication so that critical information is clear, structured, and accessible .

3. Content, templates & execution quality

  • Own the quality and consistency of Rebell’s materials, including slide masters, templates, internal documents, and core decks used across the company (e.g. company overview, welcome deck).
  • Give decisions a strong visual and narrative form, producing materials with a high bar for aesthetics, hierarchy, and visual balance.
  • Apply principles of information design to simplify complex topics, guiding readers to the key message quickly and supporting faster, better decisions.
  • Contribute to the structure and content of Rebell’s website, ensuring consistency across merchant-facing, internal, and external materials.

Success in this role looks like

  • Leadership and board meetings are well prepared, efficient, and followed by clear action points
  • Founders rely on you to raise the standard of how decisions and materials are prepared, communicated, and executed.
  • You move fast, iterate quickly, and can deliver materials under time pressure (board meetings, launches, commercial discussions).
  • Stakeholders consistently receive clear, professional, and high-quality materials
  • The quality of Rebell’s internal and executive materials visibly improves over time.

  • You have strong visual judgment and taste: you notice misalignment, clutter, or weak hierarchy immediately, and you can’t unsee it.
  • You care deeply about design, aesthetics, and visual clarity. You enjoy turning messy inputs into clean, structured, and convincing outputs.
  • Fluent in English ans Italian is mandatory. A third European language (German, French or Spanish) is a strong plus. Rebell is a highly international company, with more than 10 nationalities represented across the team, diversity of backgrounds and perspectives is core to how we operate.
