As a Business Applications Specialist, you actively contribute to the digitalization of business processes in a dynamic environment ranging from small specialized applications to company-wide systems.
- Administration, support, and maintenance of existing business applications
- Participation in the implementation of new applications and further development of existing ones
- Support in the planning, coordination, and execution of application-related projects
- Creation and maintenance of documentation, workflows, and user guides
- Coordination and execution of tests, releases, updates, and system changes
- User support and ensuring stable application operations
- Support in coordination between IT, business departments, and external partners
Your profile
- Education in IT, business, or a comparable field
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Team player with a reliable and structured way of working
- Good knowledge of English, and Italian or German
- Category B driving license
