Senior Business Analyst - Insurance Sector (Universo Platform)
Review of functional and technical analysis
- Coordination and execution of integration and customization testing
- Technical interface with other IT areas (Architecture, Ops, Data, Security)
- Cross IT activities across projects of this nature
Required experience includes:
- 6–8 years in Life Insurance (Saving/Investment focus)
- 4+ years in Life Insurance (Pension focus)
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience with the UNIVERSO application, including its architecture and integration logic
- Knowledge of regulatory and fiscal compliance in the Life Insurance domain, especially on UNIVERSO
Technical skills:
- Software architecture and integration patterns
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Relevant programming languages and technologies tied to UNIVERSO
Project-related experience:
- 4+ years on similar projects for large insurance clients, Life portfolio focus
- Agile methodologies, PM tools (Jira, MS Office, etc.)
- Change management expertise
