Job Description:

CRIF, a prestigious and innovative international group specializing in information solutions, decision-making models, outsourcing, software, and consulting services to support banks, financial companies, insurance companies, utilities, and businesses, is looking for a Business Analyst at junior or senior level.

Main responsibilities:

• Participate in studies to evaluate business requirements and identify appropriate solutions, supporting replicability.
• Identify and formalize business requirements of internal and external customers by acting as an interface between business representatives, functional teams, and IT to analyze, document, and validate business processes.
• Interface with software developers to explain solutions and monitor development progress.
• Develop new analyses using Business Intelligence tools.
• Prepare demos of solutions and support pre-sales activities.
• Support post-sales activities in resolving complex problems.
• Prepare communications and presentations on system enhancements or alternatives.
• Operate according to company security policies, quality standards, and schedules.
• Contribute proactively to team goals, promoting teamwork and respecting execution plans.
• Plan and define test cases, draft related documents.
• Involved in execution and test management capabilities.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• 2-5 years of experience.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Projects).
• Good understanding of credit processes.
• Knowledge of functional analysis and testing procedures.

Place of work: Bologna, with the possibility of remote work.
