Business Analyst Internship

Our Integrations team ensures a seamless onboarding journey for every client, from data ingestion to full operational readiness, by building scalable pipelines, running reconciliations, and aligning client-specific requirements with Cardo’s product capabilities.

About the Internship

This role is an exciting opportunity to develop hands‑on experience in fintech, structured finance, and data analytics, all while working in a fast‑paced and innovative environment. If you’re ready to take on the challenge, we’d love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

• Be part of the communication with clients/ users to understand their needs and translate them into detailed business and technical requirements for software developers.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, such as Business Requirements Documents and user product documentation, ensuring accuracy, updates, and accessibility for the team.
• Assist in creating test cases or scenarios based on requirements and participate in verifying that the solutions meet business needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, share updates, and gather feedback to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor processes, and best practices to support informed decision-making and provide insights to the team.
• Offer basic support to end-users during the implementation of new systems or features, helping to resolve issues and ensure smooth adoption.
• Support on preparing and delivering polished presentations to stakeholders, summarizing findings, project updates, and recommendations effectively.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• A proactive and self‑motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on challenges.
• Basic understanding of the financial services domain.
• Flexible, team‑oriented, and equipped with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Nice to have - Knowledge in SQL and relational databases.

This is a full-time internship that requires a commitment to a daily schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
