About This Role
Based in our Milan office, you will join our Strategy & Program Management team to support our Business Analyst. In this role, you will lead by monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliver impact through data-driven reports that shape our strategy in Italy. You will care for our collective success by collaborating with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure we stay ahead of market trends. This can be a curricular or extracurricular stage and there is Reimbursement of 600 euro per month plus 7 euro ticket restaurant per day.

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Monitor core business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) daily to provide the team with clear, data-driven updates.
• Create impactful presentations and reports for senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making processes.
• Coordinate with departments like Sales to track strategic commercial agreements and manage information accurately.
• Build automated dashboards to improve the efficiency of KPI monitoring and data management.
• Analyze expansion opportunities in the Italian market and develop business cases for the management team.
• Conduct competition monitoring to evaluate the effectiveness of our commercial positioning and ongoing strategies.
• Track market trends and competitive dynamics to help refine our long-term business strategies.
  

What will you bring to the team?

• A proactive and curious mindset with a strong desire to learn within a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and an interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications.
• Ability to use BigQuery or similar tools to build automated files and dashboards.
• Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides for data storytelling.
• Full fluency in both Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
