Bizzi & Partners S.r.l . is the asset and development managment division of Bizzi & Partners S.p.A., a company with a long-standing presence in the Italian market and active in the investment and management of complex real estate development projects in Italy and abroad, and is looking for a Business Analyst.
The selected candidate will be actively involved in the Group’s extraordinary finance transactions and in economic and financial planning activities supporting real estate projects, working closely with top management and with the finance and controlling functions.
Corporate Finance & Financing Operations
Business Planning & Financial Modeling
Prepare and update business plans for real estate projects.
Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support investment decisions.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor the economic and financial performance of ongoing initiatives.
Prepare periodic reporting for senior management, shareholders and lenders.
Investment Analysis & Due Diligence
Contribute to preliminary analyses and the preparation of documentation supporting investment decisions.
The role offers a clear professional growth path, with a progressive increase in responsibilities and autonomy, thanks to direct exposure to decision-making processes and the Group’s strategic projects.
1–2 years of experience in business analysis, financial planning, corporate finance, consulting or similar environments.
~ Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
~ Fluent Italian and English (C1 level).
