As one of the European leaders in Risk and Wealth Management solutions, Prometeia is looking for a Business Analyst to join its Credit Digitalization and Transformation team. MAIN TASKS:

The successful candidate will collaborate with a specialized team of business consultants, risk advisors and solution specialists operating with international banking groups, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East.

His / her main responsibility will include:

  • Conducting analysis of credit processes and gathering business requirements from banking clients
  • Providing functional configuration and implementation support for our credit platform
  • Preparing detailed functional documentation, including use cases and test scenarios
  • Validating platform functionalities and assisting with go-live activities
  • Delivering end-user training and providing post-implementation support
  • Collaborating closely with developers, data scientists, and UX designers to ensure alignment with business objectives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Master’s degree in economic, informatic, engineering disciplines with excellent grades
  • Strong interest in leveraging technology to drive innovation in the financial sector
  • Fluency in English (at least B2); the knowledge of other languages is appreciated
  • Thorough knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Data management and query tools knowledge is nice-to-have (e.g. SQL)
  • Previous experience in banking processes and organization is considered a plus.
