Business Analyst - eCommerce

Job Overview

Business Analyst - eCommerce e Digital Product Management role at BIP . Join our Value Line E‑Business Performance Optimization team, offering integrated E‑commerce and Digital Performance Marketing & Sales services across multiple industries. You will define, launch, and continually optimize digital solutions to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Produce and maintain detailed analysis documents, including process flows, user stories, and use cases, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine functional needs.
• Contribute to the functional design of core eCommerce features such as Checkout, Catalog, Customer, and Content.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in digital eCommerce environments.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and architectures, with hands‑on experience in at least two of the following areas: PIM, CMS, ERP, CRM, OMS, personalization engines, search tools, product feed managers, marketplaces, API integrations, and order/payment management.
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Fluent written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Detail‑oriented, problem‑solving mindset, and data‑driven approach.
• Strong prioritization, mentoring, and continuous improvement abilities.
• Knowledge of digital performance KPIs and the ability to monitor and act on them.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Skill in visualizing complex systems with flowcharts, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams.
• Experience with interpreting wireframes and mockups using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) is a plus.
