Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc. As every role is different, we adapt the process accordingly, always focusing on the best possible candidate experience. Job description

Being a consultant at Amaris Consulting means positioning yourself as a technical and functional expert in an industrial field, but above all, being an ambassador of our organization to clients, thanks to:

Your missions
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Write and maintain functional and technical documentation
- Manage and configure Dynamics 365 F&O modules according to business needs
- Coordinate and execute system testing and user acceptance testing
- Support data migration and integration activities
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O
- Train end users and prepare training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Your profile
- Experience as Business Analyst with Dynamics 365 F&O (5–7 years)
- Experience with configuration and operational management of Dynamics 365 F&O
- Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping
- Experience with documentation and reporting tools
- Academic background: degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Italian and English fluent
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- You demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in multicultural and hybrid teams
