Business Analyst - Data Specialist (Analytics): Setting up, standardizing, and automating reporting processes to monitor team production with an accent on BI tool expertise and continuous improvement. Focus on supporting sales managers with tailored reporting and delivering business-oriented insights for strategic decision-making.

Set up, standardize, and automate reporting processes using BI tools. Act as the BI expert, owning and continuously improving the team’s reporting systems. Collaborate with the BI Team to design and implement new reporting solutions. Prepare standard reporting decks for internal and external stakeholders. Partner with Sales Managers to support client projects requiring tailored reporting and performance analysis. Provide analytical support and insights to the Strategic & Operational COO Support & Global Accounts team. Requirements
1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role . Strong knowledge of reporting and statistical tools (Power BI, MicroStrategy). Highly proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills. Solid data modelling capabilities. Fluent in written and spoken English . Combine strong analytical thinking with a proactive problem-solving mindset. Culture & Benefits
