What you will do. A glimpse in your role:

  • Set up, standardize and automate reporting processes to monitor team production using the most appropriate BI tools.
  • Act as the BI expert within the Global Accounts Support Team, owning and continuously improving the team’s reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with the BI Team to design and implement new reporting solutions.
  • Prepare standard reporting decks for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to support client projects requiring tailored reporting and performance analysis.
  • Provide analytical support to the Strategic & Operational COO Support & Global Accounts team, delivering insights related to clients and airports performance.


Main responsibilities:

  • Standardize, maintain and enhance all current and new reporting for regular team production (Power BI, MicroStrategy).
  • Ensure timely delivery of assigned reporting for both internal and external use.
  • Support Sales Managers with ad hoc analysis and project-based reporting to drive profitability.
  • Deliver clear, accurate and business-oriented insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Guarantee data consistency, reliability and continuous improvement of reporting processes.

  • You have 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • You have strong knowledge of reporting and statistical tools (especially Power BI and MicroStrategy).
  • You are highly proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
  • You have solid data modelling capabilities.
  • You combine strong analytical thinking with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English.
  • You thrive in a team-oriented environment and enjoy being a key contributor.
