What will help you succeed

• Fluent English (C1 or B2 - Upper Intermediate).
• Bachelor's degree in banking and finance, business administration, information technology, anti-money laundering and compliance systems or similar.
• AML knowledge, especially in Name Screening, Suspicious transaction reporting (STR), Knowledge of the customer (KYC) and Continuous monitoring.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels, and previous experience working on complex projects in the financial services industry.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Programming languages: Oracle SQL (Intermediate Queries) and MySQL.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Service.
• Knowledge in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) or at least active participation in Agile teams developing software solutions.
• Experience using Rally, JIRA, TFS or any other advanced tool for Agile teams.
