Key duties/responsibilities
- Management of tender specifications, warranty and full service (maintenance and repair) analysis aiming to define costs and needs for Iveco and dealers.
- Main interface for all SZM (Service Zone Managers) to support network request and BUS product support
- Keep track of the main services KPI for market Italy – main interface with market and central departments
- Interface with others internal department like sales, parts, and other customer service-related functions
- Monitoring the costs of Full Service for the Key Account (maintenance and repair).
- Analyses of the services portfolio aimed at improving revenues and contain costs
- Monitoring and follow-up with the Service Director on services spending, unavailability penalty costs and budget definition for the following year.
- Backoffice support in organizing the Service Bus meetings aimed to discuss technical assistance issues and evaluating improvement plans with the assistance network
- Support in configuring the vehicle problems in operation and process of creating the non-conformity report for analysis by Quality.
- Organize the Dealer Technical Bus meeting for the service network to share product solutions and define improvement to support workshops in the diagnosis of new generation vehicles.
- Analysis of performance recall campaign penetration and quality of technical reports
- Monthly alignment with the Service Manager on the progress of KPIs and evaluation of possible solutions
Job specification / Skills
- BUS Technical knowledge
- Perfect knowledge of vehicle electronics and data transfer systems
- Knowledge of main system like SAP, Excel
- English language required (knowledge of French is appreciated, but not essential)
- Attitude to teamwork and working towards objectives and deadlines
- Previous experience in service department
- Availability to travel within the national and European territory
