Experteer Overview

In this role you drive financial performance for the Financial BU Hose and Compound, partnering with the BU leadership to guide strategy and day-to-day decisions. You lead the local finance team, ensure US‑GAAP and Parker policies compliance, and coordinate with sales and corporate offices. You own forecasting, month‑end close support, and S&OP, and you push lean improvements across accounting and operations. This is a growth‑ and transformation‑focused finance leadership role that shapes BU results and reporting.

• Activate Business Partner for the Business Unit Management Team
• Location Controller responsibilities (Finance ledger P&L and Balance sheet)
• Lead the local finance team with leadership responsibility
• Support strategy development and deployment
• Drive decision making within the BU and Division across Growth, New Product Development, and Operations/Supply Chain
• Facilitate and perform variance analysis for the BU and coordinate month‑end close
• Ensure accurate forecasting and proactive communication for meaningful S&OP in the BU
• Drive Lean accounting and foster Lean culture
• Coordinate financial topics with Sales Companies, EDC, FSM and Corporate offices
• Support division reporting including Lean Income Statement, Win Scorecard and Dashboards
• Ensure compliance with US‑GAAP, Parker Policies & Sarbanes‑Oxley and maintain Internal Controls

Responsabilità

• Business‑management study (Diploma with bachelor) or similar commercial education, preferable with Accounting
• Minimum of 3-5 years business experience in Controlling
• Knowledge in Financial Accounting in US GAAP, Italian statutory and as a plus IFRS
• Availability to travel
• Strong leadership and track record of change implementation
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient with automated accounting systems, spreadsheet applications and other office productivity software (especially JD Edwards and MS‑Excel)
• Fluent in English
