  • Coordinate development across internal BSW teams (Diagnostics, Communication, Memory Stack, Bootloaders, OS, Security, Watchdogs, xOTA).
  • Coordinate with external supplier on deliverables and integration timing (BSW vendors, SoC vendors, middleware providers).
  • Drive deliverables including software defects, integration issues, change requests, and releases among others.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and ensure cross-functional alignment with Systems, Hardware, Validation, and Cybersecurity and other cross functional teams.
  • Maintain program dashboards, KPIs, and executive status reports.
  • Support release planning and coordinate ECU software integration events and vehicle builds.
  • Manage change control, traceability, and documentation throughout the software lifecycle.

Requirements :

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar discipline.
  • 8+ years experience in embedded automotive software development or technical program/project management.
  • Strong understanding of Base Software components: OS, drivers, bootloaders, diagnostics, communication stacks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet), memory drivers, security libraries, and xOTA frameworks.
  • Experience working with automotive ECUs, preferably connectivity or telematics units.
  • Proven track record managing complex software development projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Git, Confluence, DOORS, Polarion, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to translate technical details into clear program status.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with SoC-based platforms (Qualcomm, Renesas, NXP, NVIDIA, Samsung, TI).
  • Experience with Modem Software
  • Experience with embedded SW development for TCUs
  • Experience with cellular connectivity stacks, GNSS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, V2X, or modem integration.
  • Previous work on cybersecurity (IDS, secure boot, key management, certificates).
  • Knowledge of functional safety (ISO 26262) and automotive cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434).
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery certification.
  • Experience working with global distributed teams
