Brand Partnerships Manager - Milan

We are looking for a hungry, hands‑on sales professional to grow our Brand Partnerships team in Milan. The role will work closely with the Associate Director and the wider team to drive revenue growth and strengthen relationships with top‑tier brands across multiple verticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients across your designated territory (both agency and direct).
- Bring in suitable and ambitious client briefs.
- Pull internal resources together to develop winning responses and deliver the work.
- Attend client meetings and pitches.
- Organise client entertainment.
- Strategically and creatively build a strong, long‑term pipeline.
- Meet quarterly sales goals.
- Continuously engage with internal departments to advance Fever’s Brand Partnerships offering.
- Identify and understand trends within entertainment, experiences and social media, and articulate them to clients.
Skills & Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in publisher sales, experience sales or partnership roles.
- Strong ability to build and foster client relationships.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, essential for delivering proposals and running client meetings.
- An entrepreneurial, can‑do attitude.
- Self‑starter who is comfortable working in ambiguity and creating solutions from scratch.
- Creative thinking and data‑driven decision making.
- Skilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materials.
- Fluency in Italian is required.
Desirable
- A strong list of direct client and/or agency contacts, including media agencies such as Publicis, Mindshare, Havas, etc.
- Experience in brand partnerships and/or brand experiences.
