BRAND OUTREACH COORDINATOR
for a high-profile international client based in Frascati (RM).
We offer: an initial one-year fixed-term contract, alongside a very competitive salary package commensurate with skills and experience. RAL 70.000€.

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Brand Outreach Coordinator to join the Communication Department's Outreach Office of our client, a major international Company. This pivotal role involves overseeing the application, development, and consistent deployment of the Company's corporate brand and its components across various platforms and internal departments. The ideal candidate is a proactive coordinator with strong stakeholder management skills, capable of translating brand strategy into tangible, high-quality execution.
Responsibilities
- brand centre management: coordinate the continuous development and maintenance of the Company's internal brand centre and all related graphical components;
- support the definition and evolution of corporate messaging and narratives, ensuring a unified corporate tone of voice;
- stakeholder & interdepartmental liaison: serve as the primary interface between the brand outreach office and various internal departments (e.g., strategic events, public relations, human resources, facility management);
- understand their brand application needs and liaise with graphic application services for product design and harmonization, ensuring strict compliance with the Company's brand identity guidelines;
- physical brand harmonization: coordinate the implementation of brand harmonization across key physical locations (e.g., flagship retail/display spaces) of the Company's establishments, working closely with merchandising officers, facility management, architect studios, and external suppliers to manage all required logistics;
- b2b merchandising support: adequately support the merchandising officer in the B2B-focused product development process for various collections planned throughout the year;
- monitor and measure the impact of B2B merchandising production and distribution efforts;
- logistics coordination: liaise with relevant service contracts and departmental offices to ensure the appropriate deployment and distribution of branded merchandising products across all Company establishments and to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- preferably a master’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or a closely related field;
- minimum of 3 years of experience in similar branding, coordination, or outreach roles;
- excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory;
- knowledge of Italian will be considered a significant advantage;
- familiarity with graphic applications management;
- experience and knowledge of business-to-business (B2B) activities and processes.
Completing the profile: excellent communication skills, problem solving, and attention to detail.
