Company Description


We are a dynamic real estate and hospitality company focused on delivering exceptional experiences to our clients through innovative property management and tailored services. We are seeking a motivated intern to support our team in brand communication activities & on-field and off-field operations.


Role Description


This is a hands-on role offering exposure to multiple facets of property management, brand communications, and customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


Client Acquisition & Sales Support:

  • Posting available property listings on various platforms.
  • Conducting online and physical property viewings.
  • Supporting contract renewals and managing unit availability.
  • Assisting the photographer with photoshootings and staging activities for new units.
  • Assisting with other services for new tenants (e.g., Fiscal Codes, permit of stays, ATM cards).
  • Preparing Welcome Kits and assisting with check-ins.


Marketing & Communications Support:

  • Providing support during event preparation and execution.
  • Assisting with content production and editing for social media and other channels.


Property & Operations:

  • Supporting activities to make new units ready, including inventory management.
  • Creating new Manual Guides and updating existing ones as changes occur.
  • Assisting with bureaucratic and administrative tasks (contracts and papers) required to prepare a unit for rental.
  • Performing check-out and pre check-in activities.


Customer Care Support:

  • Assisting with general customer care (maintenance, administration, etc.).
  • Collecting and managing surveys, feedback, and reviews.


Qualifications


Required

  • Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Communication, Marketing or related fields.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently
  • Interest in real estate, property management, operations and customer experience


Preferred 

  • Knowledge of other languages: Italian (any other language is a plus, considering that we work with international students from all around the world!)
  • Flexible schedule 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation is a plus
