The Brand Marketing Specialist supports the execution of brand, content, and demand generation activities that drive consistent and scalable global marketing activation. This role develops high-quality content, coordinates cross-functional launch activities, maintains playbooks and templates, and provides operational and project support to ensure effective execution across regions. The position works closely with Product, Regional Marketing, Digital, and Creative partners to enable strong market-facing activation.


Key Responsibilities:

Content Development & Execution

  • Develop, edit, and adapt marketing content for campaigns, launches, and sales enablement.
  • Support social media execution aligned to global brand strategy.
  • Coordinate marketing translations and localization for global deployment.

Product Launch Coordination

  • Coordinate cross-functional product launch planning, timelines, and governance with limited supervision.
  • Project management and delivery of market-facing content (brochures, sell sheets, flyers, banners, ads, guides, white papers, videos, articles) along with ensuring alignment of messaging development, copywriting and legal review.
  • Apply launch execution standards and ensure compliance across deliverables.
  • Support planning, documentation, and coordination of product launch activities to on-time delivery of launch assets and enabling consistent execution and readiness.
  • Follow global governance standards and maintain launch documentation.
  • Draft scripts, arrange video/photo shoot dates and locations, attend video/photo shoots and coordinate with agency partners.
  • Support Product Managers in creation of product positioning and messaging ensuring alignment to brand promise.

Demand Generation & Channel Support

  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to execute demand generation campaigns and sales enablement tools.
  • Develop marketing content including websites, brochures, ads, social, flyer, video and other marketing assets and sales templates for global scale while enabling local flexibility.
  • Monitor campaign metrics to support data-driven decision-making
  • Maintain and update global marketing playbooks, templates, and process documentation.
  • Recommend enhancements based on user feedback and execution needs.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Practical, broad knowledge of marketing principles and content development.
  • Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects with general supervision.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Clear written communication and content creation skills in English.
  • Customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to solve problems using previous experience and established processes.
  • Fluent English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
