Position

Within the Brand Marketing department, we are looking for a candidate to support and drive the efficient coordination and execution of complex, transversal marketing initiatives at global level. The role will focus on robust project management capabilities, meticulous planning and detailed retro‑planning management to ensure seamless integration and timely project delivery across various teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordination
    • Define and coordinate integrated project timelines and retro‑planning and key milestones for each project within the Brand Marketing team and across diverse transversal teams.
    • Align and share the Key Projects information, updates, timing inside and outside the team, providing key and precise information to ensure optimal project alignment and overall operational efficiency.
    • Manage the Marketing and project worldwide calendars.
  • Projects and team orchestration
    • Supervise and coordinate the Project Managers and launch packages teams, ensuring sharing of information on time and according to marketing plans.
    • Develop comprehensive launch packages (toolkits), handbooks and newsletters for the different marketing projects, defining content and structure to facilitate effective execution and oversee the successful deployment and delivery.
    • Manage and coordinate the maintenance and fruition of the Marketing HUB platform, ensuring all stakeholders have the necessary resources for plan implementation.
    • Champion and support the adoption of the integrated project management tool across the global Marketing & Communication community and beyond, including local markets.
  • Key presentation and institutional meetings
    • Support the build‑up of key presentations (internal and external) and other essential materials for high‑level institutional meetings and diverse meetings with different departments and stakeholders.
  • One team approach
    • Support the Brand marketing team in the different build‑up phases of the projects and activations.

Profile

Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, or a similar field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management and planning methodologies.
  • General knowledge of Project Management techniques and tools.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Italian and English is required.
  • Previous experience in similar roles within the luxury industry is considered a plus.
