We are looking for a Lancia Brand Managementt Senior Specialist;
He/She is responsible for driving the strategic development, governance, and performance of the Brand across all markets. Acting as a key partner to Regional team and Central Marketing, this role ensures the consistent execution of the Global Marketing Strategy.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
- Strategic Marketing Action Plan (MAP) Lead: Define MAP strategic guidelines in alignment with the Global Marketing vision and long-term business objectives.
- Strategic Marketing Action Plan (MAP) Lead: Ensure effective alignment, adoption, and execution of MAP guidelines across all markets.
- Strategic Marketing Action Plan (MAP) Lead: Oversee and challenge the preparation of local MAPs, from strategic interpretation to final validation with the CEO.
Global–Local Marketing Governance
- Partner with Regional team to elevate brand performance at market level (volumes, market share, profitability, and quality).
- Ensure execution and localization of marketing and communication strategies in each country while maintaining brand consistence.
Product Launch Lead & Cross-Functional Orchestration
- Lead the end-to-end governance of product launches, ensuring flawless execution across HQ, region, countries and other Stellantis functions.
- Chair the Global Launch Committee, aligning all contributors across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations.
- Manage cross-functional workstreams, status reporting, and leadership touchpoints.
- Act as a strategic problem-solver, removing roadblocks and ensuring timely delivery of launch milestones.
Marketing & Business Performance
- Define customer segmentation and profiling to support marketing decisions.
- Lead competitive intelligence and market analysis to identify opportunities and priorities.
- Monitor and challenge sales funnel performance, identifying actions to improve conversion and effectiveness.

- Strong leadership with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to foster collaboration and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving mindset in a dynamic and complex environments.
- Culturally open, globally minded, and inclusive approach.
Technical Skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Significant experience in Marketing and/or Commercial roles within international environments.
- Strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking and a results-driven approach
