Basic Purpose of the Job
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Brand Marketing Image Manager to join our Brand Marketing team. In this hands‑on role, you will lead and coordinate the operational aspects of brand marketing, ensuring consistent brand representation across all touchpoints, drive operational efficiency, and contribute directly to the success and impact of our brand initiatives.
In This Role, You Will
Operation Planning
- Develop and maintain an integrated marketing operations calendar.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Organize and coordinate key events, including the Marketing Summit.
Brand Guidelines & Identity
- Maintain and enhance logo architecture, visual assets, and brand book.
- Develop and manage glossary, color palettes, fonts, and other branding tools.
- Manage and maintain the brand's physical Material Library.
- Take full ownership of Brand Guidelines across all retail formats (RTM, WHS, OUTLET).
- Coordinate briefs and development of in‑store tools, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across store design and marketing materials.
Tools & Delighting
- Lead end‑to‑end management of Delighting and Packaging projects.
- Manage projects related to packaging and SOPs to ensure high‑quality delivery.
- Collaborate across teams to guarantee consistency and excellence in all touchpoints.
- Ensure alignment with internal teams and external partners, maintaining a high standard of execution across all touchpoints.
- Map and manage marketing tools to ensure compliance with brand strategy and guidelines.
- Support journey development, project management, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with Retail Operations, Brand, Merchandising, and Purchase Office to develop all activities related to packaging, labels, and in‑store tools.
What Makes You, Makes Our Team
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in brand or retail environments.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities across multiple functions.
- Experience in paper, packaging, and materials production, including supplier negotiation and coordination.
- Italian Mother Tongue and Fluent English (both spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a practical, solution‑oriented mindset.
- A keen eye for detail and a creative approach to problem‑solving.
