Brand Engagement Intern

We are looking for a bright, motivated, and enthusiastic intern to join our Engagement Office.
The ideal candidate is organized, sociable, and proactive: someone who can support the team in daily activities while also bringing fresh ideas and culturally relevant concepts to day-to-day Engagement activities.
Main Responsibilities

• Support in reporting and data analysis related to Brand Engagement activities
• Collect information from affiliated departments and consolidate requests.
• Assist during calls and meetings with the regions, taking notes and tracking action points.
• Provide operational/logistic support and help monitor the execution of specific details during selected events.
• Support with payment processes and cost tracking, with the guidance of the team.
• Act as a bridge with the indirect buying team to support with shipment of Engagement giveaways
• Contribute with creative ideas and new perspectives to enhance the team’s initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and sociable attitude.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to interact with different departments, regions, and culture.
• Interest in engagement, events, and Retail environment.
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with social networks.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
