Enhancing company culture and coaching leadership team towards becoming true business partners and setup the strong regional organization while considering for the functions with the priority and evaluate the team properly to realize and execute the business plan toward the regional goal. Requirements: At least more than 10 years of experience as the regional managements in consumer goods, retail or luxury industries.
