Centauro Rent a Car is a market leader in the car rental sector, with over 50 years of experience. Our head office is located in Alicante (Spain), and we operate in major tourist destinations across Southern Europe.
We are looking for a proactive, dynamic, and energetic Branch Manager for our branch office at Torino .
Responsibilities
- Organization of team schedules to ensure proper customer service.
- Ensure the correct provision of subcontracted service providers (maintenance, cleaning, repair, etc.).
- Control operating costs to achieve the targets.
- Enhance the cross‑selling of services (GPS, higher category, etc.) both personally and encouraging the team to get them.
- Assist the customers in operational management (it is considered one more person in the office when organizing schedules).
- Ensure the good atmosphere and work environment among employees. Enable their professional development and their level of commitment.
- Report to management on the operation, results, incidents and receive the necessary guidelines.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in the Rent a Car business.
- Experience as coordinator of another operator will be valued.
- Knowledge of the field to understand details of operation: type of incidents with vehicles, cross‑selling system, etc. Commercial vocation and customer orientation.
- Advanced level of Office Automation.
- Fluent English. Other languages will be valued.
