We are looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead operations in a dynamic multi-client logistics environment.

You will cooperate with Warehouse Coordinator and Account Specialists guiding a team of around 60 operators to deliver top-quality service, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across all warehouse activities.

You will ensure service excellence, foster collaboration, and help building a culture of safety, innovation, and performance.


Role Mission

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and timely management of warehouse operations in a multi-client logistics environment.

The Warehouse Manager acts as the key operational interface between the Division Management and the operational team.


Main Responsibilities

  • Improve profitability of the warehouse and meet budget expectations
  • Ensure customers satisfaction and prepare contracts renewals with customers
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all warehouse activities together with existing team
  • Ensure efficiency and accuracy of operational flows, optimizing labor and equipment usage
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, accuracy, lead time, and service level
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations
  • Maintain daily contact with clients’ operational and logistics representatives, ensuring alignment on volumes, priorities, performance, and service expectations
  • Manage service level agreements (SLAs), produce reports, and attend regular performance review meetings
  • Support the commercial or contract management teams in handling operational changes or new start-ups
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the existing team
  • Foster a safe, collaborative, and performance-oriented work environment
  • Promote training and professional growth within the warehouse team.
  • Participate in improvement projects (Lean Logistics, 5S, process digitalization, automation, etc.)
  • Contribute to building a strong culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability.


Requirements

Education: technical diploma or university degree in logistics, management, or equivalent field

Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operational leadership role within logistics, ideally in a multi-client warehouse environment


Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of warehouse operations and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
  • Data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI or similar).
  • Understanding of logistics KPIs and cost control principles.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), essential for dealing internally and externally
