We are looking for a Branch Coordinator – France to strengthen the connection between our French branch and Headquarters, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and continuous development.
Role Mission
Ensure a constant, structured, and effective link between the branch and HQ functions, facilitating communication, operational support, and the implementation of corporate strategies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact between the branch and HQ
- Ensure clear, timely, and two‑way communication flow
- Collect branch needs and translate them into structured requests for HQ departments
- Facilitate operational and project‑related interactions
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to local teams
- Promote alignment on technologies, processes, and Group standards
Operational Support & Commercial Alignment
- Provide operational support related to customer service activities
- Align commercial strategies, market positioning, and product mix
- Monitor compliance with minimum selling prices and intercompany pricing policies
- Coordinate local execution of corporate projects
Control, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines while enabling local marketing initiatives
- Identify and report critical issues, operational risks, or deviations
- Manage document flows between branch and HQ (policies, contracts, reports, communications)
- Monitor inventory levels and promote strategic product lines
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to plan
- Prepare periodic reports on activities, performance, and key issues
Requirements
Education
- Degree or diploma in business, languages, management, or international studies
Experience
- Previous experience in coordination or operational support roles
Skills
- Knowledge of business processes and internal procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in multicultural environments
- Ability to mediate and manage cross‑functional interactions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach
