Description

We are currently seeking a Client Advisor to join our dynamic team at the Malpensa T1 Store.

Your opportunity

Meet performance expectations and provide excellent client service to ensure client satisfaction in line with company standards.

How you will contribute?

• Achieve sales targets in accordance with company strategy
• Embrace the clienteling culture by building strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Collect and update client information to optimize CRM usage
• Create an engaging and emotional client experience, offering best-in-class service aligned with the Bottega Veneta Client Journey
• Understand luxury, collections, and fashion trends
• Assist clients in exploring silhouettes and alternative items to showcase the collection
• Maintain a positive attitude, contribute to teamwork, adapt to various personalities, and support colleagues
• Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Keep stock organized, monitor deliveries and availability, and communicate out-of-stock merchandise and other relevant information promptly

Who you are?

• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts
• Excellent client service attitude and high flexibility to adapt to diverse clients
• Strong communication and empathetic skills
• Team player
• Multitasking ability and flexibility
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and build a diversified client portfolio
• Fluency in English is mandatory
